Hassle-Free 30-day Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase with free return shipping.

You can initiate a return directly from your order history page on your account or contact our Customer Care team on 01730 895761 or to receive specific information about how to return an item.

  • We will accept returns for 12 months from the date of purchase if a product is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a sellable condition. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping fee paid (this will not include any expedited delivery charges) for the first 30 days. After 30 days you will receive a refund for the product only.
  • If the item has been opened and is deemed no longer in a sellable condition but is within 30 days of purchase, a refund can only be in the form of a credit of the amount of original purchase price including the original shipping fee paid (this will not include any expedited delivery charges). If the product is outside of the 30 days hassle-free time scale your warranty conditions will apply.

18 Month Extended Warranty

Exclusive to products purchased at, we offer an extended warranty period of 18 months from the original date of purchase. If a Baby Brezza product was purchased at any other retailer, the warranty period is one year from the original date.
