Terms & Conditions – Win a £750 Baby Brezza Voucher

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is organised by Cheeky Rascals Ltd, authorised UK distributor of Baby Brezza products, whose registered office is at Cheeky Rascals Ltd, Liss Mill, Mill Road, Hampshire, GU33 7BD (the “Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
    • One entry per person. Multiple survey submissions by the same individual will not increase chances of winning.
  3. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must complete the Baby Brezza Customer Survey in full.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter.
    • The survey must be submitted by 11:59pm on 19th December 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included in the prize draw.
  4. Prize
    • One (1) winner will receive a £750 Baby Brezza voucher, redeemable on Baby Brezza products via www.babybrezza.co.uk.
    • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
    • The winner will be contacted directly by email no later than 24th December 2025 using the contact information provided in the survey.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Data & Privacy
    • By completing the survey, participants agree that their responses may be used anonymously for marketing or promotional purposes by Baby Brezza and Cheeky Rascals Ltd.

    • Contact details will only be used to administer the giveaway and notify the winner.
  7. General
    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    • The giveaway and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
